Store Policy

A). Special Orders: In case of a cancellation, there will be no cash refund or merchandise credit card issued on any deposits and payments made.
B). Pickups: Customer must inspect merchandise before picked up. Store has no responsibilities for any damage after it has been inspected and has left the store.
C). No returns or exchanges for products received in good condition.
D). There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items that are returned due to cancellation.
E). If layaway is not paid in full by 90 days, customers store credit will be issued.
F). C.O.D means Cash On Delivery which is expected at time of delivery.
G). We do not remove old furniture or mattresses
H). Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged after 48 hours.
I). Free delivery set-up is not included
J). Extra charges may apply for set up.
